His60 Ni Superflow Resin & Gravity Columns User Manual
HiFliQ GST FPLC columns are supplied pre-packed and ready to use with SuperGlu Agarose resin for affinity purification of Glutathione S-transferase (GST) tagged recombinant proteins by affinity chromatography. The SuperGlu Agarose resin provides high binding capacity with high stability, chemical compatibility and reuse. Equilibration and elution buffers optimized for the purification of his-tagged proteins on His60 Ni Superflow Resin and His60 Ni Gravity Columns. For induction, 1 mM IPTG was added to cultures, and returned to 37°C, 225 rpm shaker for 4 h. Cultures were pelleted at 3000 rpm for 15 min at 4°C.
